Please read these terms carefully before using the ak44 platform. This document serves as a binding agreement between you and us.

Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using the services on the ak44 platform, you confirm that:

- You are transacting under your own identity and with your own funds.
- Participating in online gaming is lawful under the laws of your place of residence.
Age Verification
ak44 is strictly for adults — this is a firm policy. At the time of registration or at any stage thereafter, we may request a copy of a valid government-issued ID, national identity card, or passport to verify age and identity. ak44 reserves the right to suspend or close an account if proof cannot be provided.
Account Registration
One Account Policy
Each person may create only one account. Having multiple accounts under the same person's name, multiple accounts from the same IP address, or multiple accounts under members of the same household is prohibited. Violating this rule may result in all accounts and the balances held in them being forfeited.
Accuracy of Information
All information provided at registration — full name, date of birth, contact details — must be true and accurate. Providing false information will result in the account being closed and deposited funds being forfeited. Any changes to your information must be reported to the support team immediately.
Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Allowing a third party to use your account or selling your account is strictly prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact [email protected] immediately.
Financial Transactions
Deposits
The following methods can be used to deposit funds at ak44: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for each method.
Withdrawals
A minimum of ৳800 is required to withdraw winnings. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit, and must go to an account registered in your own name.
- Withdrawals are processed faster for accounts with completed KYC verification.
- Bonus winnings cannot be withdrawn before the bonus wagering requirements are met.
- Large withdrawal amounts may require additional verification.
- Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
Anti-Money Laundering
ak44 is committed to preventing money laundering and financial fraud. If a suspicious transaction is identified, we may conduct an investigation and suspend the associated account. Only funds obtained from legitimate sources may be used on the platform.
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 15 times the bonus amount.
Example 1: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus — total balance ৳2,000. After wagering 15 times the bonus, i.e. ৳15,000, bonus winnings become withdrawable.
Example 2: Deposit ৳18,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳8,000 — total balance ৳26,000.
Bonus Terms of Use
- Wagering requirements apply only to the bonus amount, not to the total balance.
- Each bonus offer has a specific validity period — any unused bonus will be cancelled once it expires.
- While one bonus is active, a new bonus cannot be activated until the requirements of the first one are met.
- Bonus bets on certain games may be excluded — see the detailed terms of each offer.
- Any attempt to claim bonus benefits using multiple accounts will result in all bonuses being cancelled.
VIP Program
ak44 has three VIP levels — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Members can advance to higher levels through regular play and active use of the platform.
- Bronze: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
- Silver: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
- Gold: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.
Cashback and VIP benefits are credited to the account as real money, but certain conditions may need to be met before withdrawal.
Gaming Rules
Fair Play Policy
ak44 uses Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair play. The outcome of all games is determined in a completely unbiased and independent manner. All data is kept secure through SSL encryption.
Technical Issues
If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a server error, network disruption, or other technical issue, ak44 reserves the right to void that round and refund the wagered amount. However, the results of completed transactions will not be changed.
Sports Betting
In sports betting, all bets will be settled at the declared odds. If an organizer cancels or postpones a match, the stake for that bet will be refunded. The specific rules for each market will be detailed on the relevant betting page.
Prohibited Activities
Strictly Prohibited Actions
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ak44 platform and, if violated, the account will be closed immediately:
- Playing games using bots, automation software, or artificial intelligence.
- Creating or operating an account using another person's identity.
- Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
- Claiming bonus benefits through multiple accounts.
- Colluding with other players to influence the outcome of a game.
- Attempting to hack the platform or breach its security.
- Conducting money laundering or other illegal financial activities.
- Assisting or enabling minors to use the platform.
Account Closure
Closure at the User's Request
You can close your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. All active bets must be settled and the available balance must be withdrawn before closure. If there is an active bonus wagering requirement, the bonus portion will be forfeited.

ak44 may suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:
- Clear evidence of a breach of the Terms is found.
- Fraudulent activity is suspected.
- Age verification fails.
- Due to prolonged inactivity.
- For legal or regulatory reasons.
